I do not know enough on autism to have a intelligent discussion on it but I do know those that have autism are some of the most gifted people in the world. I am aware there is a wide spectrum of autism which means it is not a blanket condition and organisations are doing more & more every day to increase awareness & education on this,
Popular rapper MoStack has autism and raises awareness on how it affects him analysing situations, his way of thinking and his speech. Callum Smith a World Champion Boxer along with his Brothers always fight with "AUTISM" written on their shorts in every fight to raise awareness as their younger sister has severe speech difficulties due to the condition.
